• Work on ITIL concepts like incident management, change management and problem management.

• Extensive hands in troubleshooting and debugging.
• Ability to rapidly learn new concepts together with excellent interpersonalskills.
• Monitoring server's health and web application status.
• Ability to communicate requirements effectively to team members and manage applications.
Designation: - Customer service Executive Duration: - January 2008 to June 2008
Job Profile: -
• Handling calls from customer of vehicles complaints for Eicher and Maruti Suzuki.
• Forwarding the complaints to the head department or nearby service center.
• Regular follow-up being done till problem getting resolved
