• Coordinate with Banks (Helping Banks with cards issues, applications issues)
• Coordinating with other departments (Preparing requests)
• Processing files on tandem (Switch) such as blocking files, activation files and other events.
• Preparing reports to the banks and other departments of the company
• Preparing Queries from SQL and Golden (Oracle)
• Running VB Applications and Updating it upon request
• Preparing Product Set up ( Creating the product and implementing it on BANKWORKSIII)
• Testing of cards
• Preparing BDL Files
• Preparing files to be processed such as blocking, activation, replacement, reissue, renewal, reedit Pin events for cards.
