1. Supervise production/shop floor operation in accordance with plant policies and procedures.
2. Train and Coach production line employees.
3. Coordinates and supervises the daily activities of production staff in an assigned area.
4. Responsible for shift schedule to include: work station assignments/rotations, employee training, employee vacation, and back-up for absent employees.
5. Responsible to meet shift production goals.
6. Sets priorities for the team to ensure task completion.
7. Provides direction in discussing and creating development plans.
8. Resolves day-to-day or routine problems using defined processes.
9. Ensures that the team understands and supports the focus on operational excellence.
10. Responsible in conducting shift meetings.
11. To ensure that every process comply with the quality standards and as per customer requirement.
12. Maintains adequate inventory level for raw materials and finished goods and on-time delivery.
13. Material Resource Planning and Logistics.
14. Coordinate with Human Resources for any issues concerning employees.
15. Supervising roughly 20 operators in a shift.
16. Reports to the Production Manager/Plant Manager.
17. Fire and health and Safety officer for the whole plant.
1. Responsible in operating CNC machines (Milling Machines with 3 - 5 Axes Dimension movements).
2. To troubleshoot CNC machines and to adjust the machine with accordance to the requirement of the process.
3. To make sure that production quota is meet every day.
Production Supervisor
1. Responsible for the whole operation of the shop floor.
2. Planning/Scheduling of priorities to ensure task completion.
3. Material Resource Planning.
4. To oversee that every process complies with the ISO - 9009 and as per customer requirements.
5. To ensure that daily production quota is achieve.
