Overall in-charge in Front Desk Operation.
Welcome guests/ members by greeting them; Smile & maintain a positive atmosphere within the area.
Answer the phones according to the standards of proper etiquette and as fast as possible (no more than three rings).
Responds to telephone and walk in inquires regarding membership rates, packages, bookings, reservations, health club information and guest concerns.
Promote and sell membership and all special promotions; making phone calls to members when requested.
Responsible for the enrollments and payments to be deposited per instruction.
Handle and resolve member / guest conflicts / complaint and problems related to dissatisfaction, billing or any other health club related nature.
Extend assistance to co-employee in case of necessity.
Perform administrative duties such as sending and receiving faxes, making copes and managing emails correspondence.
Depositing daily sales in the bank.
Direct reporting to Manager and preparing membership weekly and monthly reports.
Responsible for manpower and any important matter needed for the production.
Ensure that the line follows the Standard Operation Procedure to maintain good quality of the products and taking appropriate action for any complaint.
Liaise and coordinate with other department for assembly and testing program.
Follow-up important machine for shipment.
Preparing daily report of input and output products.
Accomplished various office forms
Receive telephone calls, take and relay messages, redirect calls as appropriate.
Entertain / refer initial inquiries from client / investors
Update directory of clients
Follow-up pending payments
Perform other tasks as may be necessary
