• Ensure the implementation and improvement of the integrated management system of the company (ISO 9001, OHSAS 18001).
• Ensure KPI`s are measured, monitored and actions implemented for any gaps
• Prepare Audit schedule (internal/external)
• Conducting Internal Audit
• Liaise with the External Auditor from Hongkong (BSI)
• Ensure all CAR`s are monitored and closed
• Review all Nonconformance for action and implementation
• Conducting Management review meetings and Sector Review Meetings
• Review and analyze Incident reports and Near miss reports
• Conducting internal trainings
• Evaluate Internal Auditors performance
• Ensure the implementation and improvement of the quality management system of the company (Head office and site)
• Review and approve Quality Plan (including sub-contractors), key procedures and monitor the implementation.
• Prepare Quality audit schedule (internal/external).
• Attending pre inspection meetings and approve inspection & test plan (ITP) and procedures.
• Monitor and analyze Customer Satisfaction.
• Analyze quality information (audit results, non conformities, feedback, etc.) and identify corrective and preventive actions.
• Conducting management review meetings.
• Control and the distribution of all companies’ quality documentation.
• Monitor all quality related activities on project.
• Ensures all internal and external audits are carried out as per planned.
• Attend client’s quality management meetings.
• Control all non conformance reports and undertake remedial actions.
• Ensure all customer complaints closed appropriately.
• Manage a multi discipline team of QA/QC personnel.
• Perform surveillance activities and monitor construction process.
• Verify that the quality related site activities are in accordance with the applicable codes and standard.
• Conducting internal/external audit.
• Ensure quality procedure and plans are reviewed and revised suitably.

• Conducting periodical trainings with regards to Quality improvement tools & ISO 9001 standard.
• Over all in charge in implementation and maintenance of the Quality Management system of the company.
• Plans and allocates Quality functions to the various area of the project
• Coordinates and supervise all the Quality Control activities
• Plan and conduct internal audit across all departments
• Liaise with certification agencies to conduct external audits to evaluate and improve the Company`s management system.
• Conducting periodical Quality & ISO 9001 awareness training sessions
• Monitor the disposition of all issued non conformance reports
• In charge in Continual Improvement of the Company.
• Review and Evaluate Corrective and Preventive action results.

• Performs line sampling, incoming inspection and final inspection of received materials and finished goods.
