WORK DESCRIPTION:
Reporting directly to the HR Director.
Receiving emails from concern and especially from the HR Director and take necessary action.
Call and send SMS / email as per instruction to convey message from HR Director to concern especially when he need a report ASAP.
Prepare request letter to Re-issue a cheque for employee due to some valid reason.
Submit document(s) to Executive Office as per instruction to get signature.
Distribute signed docs / cheques to concern department such as Payroll and Finance.
Arrange meeting as per instruction and take note of the minutes of meeting in some occasion.
Prepare the reports ask by HR Director OR call the attention of the concern to submit required reports as soon as possible.
Secretary to the Managing Director/C.E.O. cum Admin & Logistics
Reporting directly to the Managing Director/C.E.O.
Supporting Managing Director/C.E.O with word processing, internal/external correspondence, reports and web mail.
Oversee and coordinate incoming/outgoing correspondence.
Inquire and Arrange Hotel, Rent-A-Car Booking for any business travel schedule.
Arrange Visa application for European & Asian countries
Arrange the collection of import shipment thru logistics company.
Arrange and prepare all necessary shipping documents to clear the cargo from customs.
Coordinate and give instructions to the clearing agent when and where to deliver the cargo after clearance.
Prepare Letters / NOC / Employment Offer as instructed by Admin Manager.
Prepare E-mail/ Fax to Banks, Clients & Suppliers.
Arranging the air ticket for all staffs
Secretary to the Managing Director
Reporting directly to the Managing Director/C.E.O.
Supporting Managing Director/C.E.O with word processing, internal/external correspondence, reports and web mail.
Type and distribute highly confidential documentation. Compile and prepare Monthly report.
Oversee and coordinate incoming/outgoing correspondence.
Handle internal/external telephone inquiries.
To receive emails/letters/fax and distribute to concern person; To prepare fax/email as ordered by managers; To prepare electronic backup once a week; Issue Delivery Note/Invoice to Clients; and other secretarial jobs.
