 Acknowledge, review and process enquiries received from customers relating to Gas Turbines spare parts, repairs or manpower/services
 Prepare quotation and submit to customers; follow-up status before validity expires
 Acknowledge orders from clients and enter orders into the company integrated business system (EFACS(ERP)) then update Salesforce(CRM) accordingly for management's references
 Expedite sales orders thru coordination with our Purchasing department based in UK to ensure deliveries are on schedule.
 Raise Purchase Orders to Local Suppliers & monitor delivery
 Liaise with Materials & Logistics team in arranging shipments and prepare required shipping documents in coordination with freight forwarders
 Review and prepare documentations for Letter of Credit and/or Cash Against Documents for payment of shipped materials under LC or CAD payment terms
 Issue invoices and follow-up payments and liaise with Accounts Department
 Preparation & printing of appropriate reports for enquiries, quotations and orders
 Maintaining Commercial department’s database and print weekly reports for all enquiries received, quotations offered and order processed

Other Administrative tasks:
 Train new customer service officers on work procedures and correct usage of company’s system(Efacs)/commercial department’s database(Enquiry log)
 Generate & format monthly data that required for Board report
 Do PowerPoint presentations for Commercial Manager & General Manager for quarterly Board Meetings or as required
 Prepare & consolidate the department’s data for scorecard & objectives targets
 Log and update/administer received Customer complaints for the department
 Updating commercial data in Salesforce
 Manage & handle all Commercial department’s files for archiving
 Monitor Commercial department’s attendance in the absence of assigned personnel
 Prepare monthly report for Africa team
 Arrange & book meeting room for Africa team’s monthly meeting
 Take down notes and send out minutes of the meeting
