• Supervises financial and accounting processes and ensure adherence to company/federal laws.
• Prepare and distribute budget report and financial statement to management in a timely fashion.

• Update general ledger on a regular basis and ensure its accuracy and completeness.
• Perform account (stock, bank, and cash) reconciliation activities on periodic basis.
• Maintain account receivable and payable records on daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly basis to ascertain the profitability of the company.
• Manage the SAGE 300 accounting software.
