MAADEN PHOSHATE (MPC): Procurement sr. supervisor, (March 2013-Present)
Procurement Supervisor, managing a group of 14 members (Sr Buyer, lead buyers, purchasing representatives, Specialists, and Purchasing Assistants) for global and local procurement of direct productive raw materials and components, as well as indirect MRO materials.
 Negotiation to vendor
 Commercial Evaluation
 Maintain service and material number in ORACLE.
 Vendor Performance Evaluation.
 Identify and process initiative for improve Procurement Process.
 Finding potential vendor (new or existing).
 Reporting Procurement Performance daily, weekly & monthly.
 Make sure for invoicing process. -Manage and motivate team members.
 Develop and introduce set of KPIs to measure effectiveness of Dept. and control over their achievement. In addition, continually checks with the material suppliers to ensure that delivery will be possible on the pre-determined date.
