Ladder Information Dwg., Level & Instrument Info, Electrical Grounding Map, Fire Map, Plot Plan & the like.).

- Exceptional Achievement: Constructed Manuals containing of major equipment/machine with detailed
specification, dimension/drawing, maintenance frequency and etc. during my 3 months’ work in the
company.
- Ensures needed Preventive Maintenance program for machines and equipment are provided to meet set
targets.
- Executes and monitors Preventive Maintenance schedule of equipment/machines.
- Ensures timely reporting of line status reports.
- Monitors and analyzes maintenance reports.
- Maintains spare parts inventory, tools, test equipment and manuals.
- Maintains parts database, ensures spare parts levels, and equipment.
- Provide Material Specification Data Sheet (Dimensions, Material, Application, Storage).
