Established in 2004, the Lighting Division has achieved tremendous growth and has proven to be a significant factor in the lighting market.
As BDM my major responsibilities are:
Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.
Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills.
Working in close collaboration with architects and designers, contractors and consultants, providing creative and innovative lighting design consultancy tailored to the specific needs of each project

- Sell products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.
- Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
- Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
- Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; bench-marking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies.
- Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.
- Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
- Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
- Enhances staff accomplishments and competence by planning delivery of solutions; answering technical and procedural questions for less experienced team members; teaching improved processes; mentoring team members.
- B2B & B2C - promoting the above mentioned products according to the standards and commercial policy of the company; - customer relation management; - new business development for increasing the client portfolio; - negotiation of contracts and TO follow-up; - Issue Purchase Orders - manage PO balance; - processing offers; offering the best products according to the customer demands, and other customer related services; - gather information on all upcoming projects in responsible area, including main contractors and project managers - technical support - both for sales team of the distributors and also for project departments; - product trainings - lamps and lighting fixtures: for customers sales team, project team, planners, architects. - establishing and updating the database of existing clients; - suggesting marketing strategies for increasing market-share; - sales planning and forecast.
