• Creates implementations mock-up layout - window and floor
• Creates store layouts and changes as per CEO
• Creates window proposals for the coming new season
• Conducts training to newly hired VM
• Responsible for visits 18 stores across UAE / 7 vm’s
• Implementations of approved layouts and standards
• Provides mannequins and props request
• Join overnight work as needed in the team
• Attend monthly meeting regarding store quota, VM behaviour and performance
• Provides reports (Excel, PPT) and photos in line with all VM activities
happened in the store
• Direct reporting to the CEO of the Company
• Follow implementations given by the VM manager and Concept
• Do store visits checklist and Planogram
• Dressing up mannequins, window mock up and floor
• Conduct clusters meeting for the new season launch
• Assist in-store VM’s set up, regarding implementations
• Responsible to visits 12 stores across UAE / 12 vm’s & 2 avm’s
• Store opening set up and preparations
• Provides mannequins and Props request
• Provides weekly reports with photos l PPT format
• Reports and Communicates with the store managers, VM
manager and area managers
• Executes window mock up at least twice a month
• Implement and display standard, wall and floor display
• Involves in actual set up and procedures with the store team
• Dresses mannequins from window to in-store display
• Gives feedback and Updates regarding implementation and set up
• Provides reports and photos in line with all VM activities happened in the store
• Communicates and coordinates with the VM supervisor and store manager
