Job Responsibilities:
Leads, informs and directs the consultant team regarding issues of the project.
Oversee the effective implementation and compliance to project specifications.
Coordinate with the Team members regarding project assignments.
Management of construction personnel
Preparation of Progress Reports.
Coordination with the Sector Manager regarding the status of the project
Monitor & Check the revision and status of drawings
Preparation of Site Daily Report
- Responsible for management of material and human resources on sites
- Perform cost analysis and prepare budget for senior management review
- Assist engineers in designing layout and site research
- Act as liaison between builders and contractors to ensure adequate supply of resources
- Coordinate with site inspectors to check the ongoing project status and development
- Maintain reports of contractors for proper execution of key projects on a daily basis
- Check the material quality as per prescribed standards
- Provide inputs for budget planning
- Responsible for crew training and internal scheduling
Supervision of construction of sewer lines and manholes (GRP)
• Develop designs to satisfy technical specifications.
• Check design calculations of designers and other engineers within the team.
• Lead design reviews, risk assessments from a technical standpoint.
• Preparation of technical specifications in liaison with client and project team.
• Ensure quality of design documentation throughout the design process.
• Allocate work to other members of team in order to ensure delivery of design to quality, time and budget.
• Select and strategize allocation of work to sub-contractors.
• Supervise technicians, technologists and other engineers and review and approve designs, calculations and cost estimates.
• Acts as a Material Controller for the on-going project
