Coordinates activities with other disciplines at site.
* Material tracking and material management in site and stores.
* Monitor the quality of the fabrication and erection work in site.
* Documentation of all testing and commissioning reports.
* Supervising and inspection of Sewage Treatment Plant including all TSE Pipeline
Network (Civil Works)
* Supervising and inspection of Chilled Water Pipeline erection in accordance with the
approved drawing.
* Supervising the installation of fittings like Butterfly Valves, Air Valves, Flow Meter, and
Washout Tees etc.
* Supervising the hydro test, flushing and commissioning of the pipeline
* Supervising the Electrical and Telecommunication Network including all related civil
works
* Setting a high personal example of Health and Safety at all times

Infrastructures
Scope of Works:
* Potable Water Network: Approximately 3.7km including civil, mechanical works and
fire hydrants.
* Waste Water Network: Approximately 4.1km including all related civil works.
* Irrigation Network: Approximately 5.0km including all related civil and mechanical
works.
* Telecommunication ducts:
* Electrical Network: Including all cabling works, electrical stations and feeder pillars to
supply electricity to the tie-in points of each end user. This includes 33kV and 11kV
lines.
* Chilled water piping supply and Return 2 km ( Size of the pipe : 1000mm Ø, 800mm Ø,
550mm Ø & 400mm Ø).
* HDPE Potable piping

Project
Inspecting site conditions prior start of construction activities. Verify the compatibility of
the site with designed permanent works;
* Checking for obstructions. Photograph and document the condition of existing property
that might be damaged by the work. Make sure all existing structures, property, utilities
and landscaping are properly protected;
* Inspecting the construction of temporary and permanent works to ensure compliance
with the Contract Documents, approved shop drawings and submittals;
* Preparing daily logs and reports. Maintain records of inspections made, test performed,
work executed, etc.;
* Observing site safety practices and the progress of the work. Report any concerns to the
ARE; and
* Assisting with the inspection of completed works. Help prepare punch lists. Monitor the
startup, testing commissioning and handover of the works.
