Obtaining and receiving merchandise.
Doing daily, weekly and monthly reports to monitor the sales the stocks and the products
Responsible to do annual inventory to monitor the stock-level of the stores
Merchandising the product according to their category and proper place for display.
Maintain cleanliness of the store
Assign to be train the new employe
Greet and talk to customers in a courteous manner.
Handles inbound calls from customers. Answer and respond to customer inquiries regarding merchandise.
Assist customers in locating the merchandise they need.
Prepare list of items to be re-stocked.
Cashiering and basic clerical work (sending email, filling documents and requisition).
Maintain and manage the store room neat and tidy.
Follow check list after opening and before closing the shop.
Always do a round checking of the store to make sure that proper standard and guidelines to display is maintained.
Monitoring the best seller’s product in daily basis.
Giving feedback to the manager and buying team.
