* To support the Regional Operational Director, liaise with suppliers, customers lead the staff and increase efficiency.
* Extensive travel within the MENA Region representing the company in operational meetings including the development
of business opportunities.
* Profit and loss accountability for each project and financial forecast reporting to the board for review including cost
management targets and revenue forecasts.
* Maximise profit potentials and meet revenue expectations.
* Manage and develop the core performance and future strategies, line & product development to the satisfaction of our
internal and external customers, ensure the company’s competitive edge in the market share for the region.
* Work in line with other areas of the business to provide feedback on volume and connectivity, to enhance efficient flight
planning, capacity maximisation/utilisation and profitability for network operations.
* Responsible for all personnel management issues such as salary, structure, health and safety, training, medical insurance,

the developed talents to improve the company’s performance.
* Ensure liaison and communication between the HUB Operation and other entities internal & external is carried out to
ensure all Sort, Gateway and C/S processes are conducted in accordance with the required scope of work
* Implement and monitor regulatory standards while ensuring safety, efficiency and compliance in both internal & external
audits.
* Plan conferences and visits to key customers/suppliers (Airlines/Airports/Authorities) within the region to ensure
visibility, understanding of operational and commercial requirements are understood to the benefit of all parties.
* Ensure that all daily, monthly and quarterly reports related to company departmental and personal KPI’s and IKO’s are
being met and that the data, tools and applications are in place to enable this.
Main Achievements:
* Established and improved network of information for sales staff awareness of targeted freight space.
* Etihad Cargo GSA stations in Qatar, Bahrain, Jordan and Lebanon report directly to myself. Duties include financial and
market trend reporting to Etihad senior management to reach their annual targets.
* Manage the cargo operations of Garuda and MNG Airlines within the UAE. Responsible for Abu Dhabi and Dubai World
Central Airports ensuring operational efficiency and maximum utilisation of aircraft.
* Manage the TCM (Total Cargo Management) for Flynas Airlines within the MENA region.
* Manage the loading and offloading and asset transfer documentation of armoured vehicles on multiple, bespoke -
chartered aircraft to Tripoli, Libya.
* Manage scheduled and ad-hoc flights within East Africa with our partner airline Air Djibouti.
* Generate business through contacts for a major lighting manufacturing company in the UK and the UAE.
* Succeeded in developing staff skills and motivation by promoting personal achievement targets.

* To support the CEO in submitting tender submissions for the United Nations and World Health Organisation
* Procure products worldwide to meet specification requirements of contracts. Products included body armour, surveillance
equipment, fuel and medical supplies.
