▪ Handles and manage export documentation for all major brands franchise bound to GCC and Middle East region.
▪ Thorough coordination with Dubai Chamber of Commerce for the Certificate of Origin and provide all required documents such as Industrial License, BOE, Purchase Invoice for Middle East origin.
▪ Ensuring the availability of Advance Cargo Information (ACID) provided by NAFEZA prior uploading the documents to CARGO X portal for Egypt shipments.
▪ Ensuring that all required documents for Egypt were legalized by Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Egypt Consulate.
▪ Coordinates with freight forwarders like DHL, Aramex, FedEx, Expeditors, Maersk, Elite for the advance booking, allocations and pick up.
▪ Coordinate with destination to obtain approvals such as Ministry of Health (MOH), Environment Public Authority (EPA), Certificate of Conformity (COC), Public Authority for Industry (PAI) provided all the necessary documents.
▪ Create accurate airway bill, shipping labels and arrange collections and delivery.
▪ Responsible for applying Certificate of Origin online and does the In-House printing.
▪ Monitor each and every moving items to secure the approval required at destination.
▪ Maintain record of goods Test Report, MSDS and Declaration of Conformity.
▪ Secure that the pre alert was provided at destination prior to arrival of cargo.
▪ Conduct time to time tracking on the status of in-transit shipments.
▪ Provide daily forecast to suppliers to avoid delay in placing the truck.
▪ Coordinate with brand team for the consolidation of shipments to participate the company’s cost reduction.
▪ Ensure that the update was provided to the brand team particularly the top priority shipments.
▪ Respond to supplier, forwarder, warehouse and brand team emails in a proper manner.
▪ Responsible for Export Team daily and weekly invoice report.
▪ Compiling, encoding, and categorizing auditing data.
▪ Escalate and distribute workload to team members.
▪ Perform other related duties as assigned.

▪ Conduct monthly inventory of the stocks and verifying inventory computations by comparing them to physical counts of stock versus the actual scanning and investigate discrepancies or adjust errors.
▪ Clean and maintain supplies, tools, equipment, and storage areas in order to ensure compliance with safety regulations.

• Does all outgoing shipments from IPI to client, prepares exportation, re-exportation and constructive exportation documents and monitor the movement of goods shipped-out.

• Send the pre alert to corresponding clients.
• Send the updated bookings to Forwarder/Service Providers for the confirmation of flight and to meet the airline cutoff.
• Monitor the status and on-time delivery of shipments through Proof of Delivery and timely coordination with the Forwarders/Service Providers for the flight details.
• Encode and double check the billings provided by Forwarders/Couriers and endorse to Accounting Sections.
• Prepares Weekly, Monthly and Annual exportation Sales Report in compliance to PEZA and Bureau of Customs reportorial requirements.
• Conduct monthly airlines and warehouse audit for safety and security of shipments purposes.
• Conduct Physical Inventory of materials.
• Control records and movement of materials from sites.
• Attend staff meeting and trainings as required.
• Maintain an awareness and observation of Environmental, Safety and Health.
• Carries out any other duties as requested by immediate superior and as required by the position.
