Responsible for end to end AS400 Application Operations supporting 7 apps (including 3 Tier 1 Critical) that involved implementation, change management, security, infrastructure hardware and currency.

•Project Managed the consolidation of all AS400 applications into one Applications Infrastructure/Operations area resulting in significant expense reductions and more efficient platform capability, and, cross trained resources to support across all applications

Application Operations President’s Choice Financial (PCF)
Responsible for PCF Application Operations across AS400, AIX, Wintel and Sun Solaris platforms, day to day operations supporting all environments, currency, infrastructure, security, implementations and change management.

•Consolidated all PCF applications into one Applications Operations area - providing proper segregation of duties across all applications
•Established onshore/offshore Operations resources with TCS supporting ICBS end to end operations
•Key contributor and Core Banking Expert for the introduction of Debit Chip Cards for PCF
•Renegotiated Vendor Contract enabling additional value and overall savings of $30 million over a 20 year period

•Primary/Key contributor to enhanced application performance, optimal online response, quickest batch performance, including offsite IBM Performance Lab testing
•Major contributor to enhanced Disaster Recovery for ICBS application using Third Party replication software
•As Subject Matter Expert, worked with First Caribbean International Bank (FCIB) Partners to install, configure Disaster recovery for all ICBS applications
•Repatriated Amicus US grocery chain banks to fully automated operations in Canada
