Job description and responsibilities:
1- Testing and commissioning of all HVAC System.
2- Checking and reviewing all HVAC test reports.
3- Witnessing of Building Management Systems.
4- Witnessing of Fire Fighting and Fire Alarm Systems.
5- Co-ordination between Contractor Engineer and Consultant.
6- Handling technical office duties.
7- Assist Contractor to develop and regularly update site progress.
Review standards related to product specification and electrical characteristic test such as TS-S and TS-Q
Implement changes on test programs as specified on related standards
Carry out production failure analysis on product related failures
Perform failure analysis on tester and machine related failures
Carry out maintenance and repair of testers for microchip transistor and diode manufacturing
Carry out test process improvement; Strives for high uptime and reduce repair time
Conduct training on basic tester operation and handling
Responsible for Tester set-up and software and/or test program installation of new production machines
Evaluate machine and adjustments to its fullest capacity and almost zero-alarm conditions.
Supports QC group on product abnormality analysis through electrical test evaluations
Provide technical countermeasures on reported machine abnormalities through information sheets as helpful technical reference for the production engineers and machine keepers
Participate in quality, productivity, yield and maintenance cost improvement programs.
