I worked as a safety officer in a hotel called mianzi hotel which comprised of hotel, bar, games rooms and guest rooms. During my time there as a safety officer, I managed to develop and implement policies that transformed the way of working and drastically reduced accidents which was pain to the company by paying employees now and then for accidents that were order of the week and eliminated 63% of harzards in the premises, therefore enhansing operations by making the working environment safe which made employees more effective, efficient and more productive which increased company's profit margin.
