Job Profile:
• Perform the entire management of Online Banking channel for proper delivery
• Conduct analysis, strategies and plans for channel development
• Conduct campaigns to maximize online channel delivery
• Interact with different business areas like, IT, AML, Marketing, Quality Assurance, Branches support to ensure complete customer support for banking transactions.
• Maintain strong E-Banking team to get hold of BEC’s strategic objectives by facilitating proper training
• Contact clients and customers to develop the business
• Review the rules, regulations and laws relating to Electronic Fund transactions to ensure data integrity and security, consumer protection etc.

Engage in identifying business needs, market approaches, Customer Relationship and competitors to make strategic plans
•Visit clients and customers, arrange meeting and make presentation
•Analyse the products of International clients from USA, UK, Germany etc. and finalise agency agreements
•Standardize the workflow through process design and Business Model Analysis
•Analyse the Process of Marketing, Finance and IT departments and redesign if required
•Conducting Cost Benefit Analysis, Risk Analysis, Gap Analysis, SWOT analysis, developing Use Cases and creating Screen Mockups
•Engage in analyzing and requirements gathering and writing system functional specifications including use cases Identifying competitors and make strategic marketing plans
•Creating design models and Extensive use of UML for modeling views using tools like Microsoft Visio
•Manage software release updates with product development, testing, and support
•Document the analysis summary and report to executive management
