I am very literate in Qatar Municipal Code and regulations, as well as KSA Municipal Code and regulations. I am a multi disciplined Architect with more than 20 years of experience in Architectural planning & design development, design management, interior design, detailing and preparation of tender documents. I am able to work with wide variety of assignments in Architectural phase, both overseas and local projects. Well experienced in Autocad software, basic Lumion software, Photoshop, MS Word, MS Excel and, knowledgeable in Revit. Since I joined Kasian Qatar Consultanting LLC, way back year 2014. I used to manage project design development and design management, for towers, office buildings, Palace, Health, Hotels and residential buildings here in Qatar and other countries as such; Texas USA, KSA, Morrocco and Philippines. Being a Site Senior Architect / Design Manager, as my designation with my current employer, Kasian Qatar Consulting LLC. I use to coordinate with the Main contractors, sub-contractors, Structural Engineers and MEP Engineers. and put into consideration also with my previous employer as well, Faim Design - previous employer since 2007.
Architectural planning and design development, ensuring the Municipal codes and regulations are applied. Preparation of tender documents and producing detailed working drawings. Responding RFI's and resolving problems and issues that arise during construction. Work collaborates with allied consultants and attend client's meeting if necessary. Preparation of architectural fire safety drawing documents applying the Life Safety Code (NFPA 101), Familiar to Standard Building codes, Qatar and KSA Municipal Code and regulations and Green Building Concepts and Strategies (LEED).
