Job Descriptions :
Review shop drawings, method statements & specifications as per IFC Documents.
Coordinate with contractor & sub-contractors for the speedy approval of shop drawings & documents.
Coordinate with the site engineer on all quality issues.
Review CRFI (Contractor Request for Inspection) with attached documents to ensure as per procedures prior to site inspection.
Issuance of NCR (nonconformance report) as per violation of construction activities on site.
Job Descriptions :
Inspections, coordination & surveillance work for all Architectural aspects.
Implement the QC management system at site.
Control all nonconformance reports and undertake remedial action.
Provide daily reports as per raised inspection request form (IRF).
Issued Quality Action Notice (QAN) for compliance or non-compliance per raised IRF & upload on database for records.
Monitoring and issuance of Action Notice form in compliance of work activities and ensure the safety is adhered on site.
Coordinate with the site engineer on all quality issues.
Coordinate and chair the QC weekly site inspections with the project subcontractors QC personnel.
Assure all technical documents relative to site quality control are current status.
Verify that the quality related site activities are in accordance with the applicable codes and standards.
Reviews as-built Architectural drawings.
Checked specifications, method of statement, inspection & test plan and construction drawings in accordance with standard inspection procedures.
Aside from site activities, taking up Bechtel University (BU) courses as required.
Prepare Annual Review (AR) and Development Plan required annually.
Attended Critical Task Training.
