Ensure the implementation of Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies and procedures
Carry out work place audits to ensure work is being performed safely and standards are being met.
Take immediate corrective actions to stop and correct unsafe Condition, acts and behavior.
Carry out continuous coaching to educate employees on safe work practices.
Contribute to the identification of opportunities for the continuous improvement
Report incidents /near misses and participate in investigations
Monitor and ensure proper PPE is worn, safe use of tools and equipment and safe handling of chemicals and hazardous materials
Advice and develop safe work plans to optimize efficiency and productivity.
Collaborate with other departments and staff to ensure seamless project operations.
