Golden Chip Company (GCC) is a newly established Smart Card Factory in the Second Industrial zone of Dammam, Saudi Arabia. An ISO 9001:27000 QMS and ISO 27001:2005 ISMS Certified Company. Card body production covers printing of all type of cards using variety of materials such as PVC, PC, PS, ABS PET G and paperboard.
Prepared, operated, and maintained the printing presses.
Offset lithography, which transferred an inked impression from a rubber-covered cylinder to paper.
Prepared the presses to print by installing and adjusting the printing plate, adjusting pressure, inking the presses, loading the paper, and adjusting the press to the proper dimensions of the paper.
Checked to make sure paper and ink meet the required specs, and made adjustment to the margins and the flow of ink to the inking rollers as needed.
Sent the material through the press cylinders, adjusting the feed and tension settings as necessary.
Watched the presses and ensured that paper feeds were stocked abundantly.
Made appropriate adjustment when issues with ink distribution, speed, and temperatures in the drying chamber occurred.
Fixed problem such as paper jam as quickly as possible to avoid excessive downtime.
Performed preventive maintenance.
Lubricated and cleaned the presses and performed minor repairs needed.
The best way to put ink on paper, is a comercial pinting, producing news paper and magazine. I am a press rollman assisted in press operation, prepairing roll of paper for the new job, mounting the plates and loading inks, checking the good quality of color and registration. Perform the preventive maintenance of the machine.

Allcard Plastics, a local manufacturer of cards in the Philippines, PVC card is the major product of the company. Proper ink density, good register of printing, and ink mixing are major tasks in card manufacturing industry.also includes proper machine maintenance to prevent it from downtime.
