 Attending weekly safety walk and meeting and implementing HSE policies.
 Monitoring and Inspection of all on-going civil/structural/architectural related activities of the Contractor thru RFI, RFIT and other technical documents.
 Monitor the field tests like compaction, slump and cubes.
 Monitoring of all underground utilities and above ground piping installations and testing (hydro-testing, air pressure testing, etc.)
 Coordinate with the Planning Engineer regarding progress of work and provide all the necessary support to comply submittals for the Client.
 Awareness of Contract Conditions, Contract Drawings, and Project Specifications.
 Attend the immediate meetings to resolve technical issues including HSE requirements.
 Inspect and monitor construction sites to ensure adherence to safety standards, codes and specifications.
 Evaluate premises for cleanliness, including proper garbage disposal and lack of vermin infestation.
 Train, direct and supervise other construction inspectors.
 Measure dimensions and verify level, alignment, and elevation of structures and fixtures to ensure compliance to building plans and codes.
 Attend the Walk-Through Meetings of QA/QC and HSE Team.
 Assist in the consolidation of weekly and monthly technical report inputs.
 Issued Site Observation Report (SOR), Site Surveillance Report (SSR), Site Deficiency Report (SDR) and Non Conformance Report (NCR) for the defective works and works that do not meet the Project Requirements.
 Prepare and submitted Site Daily Diary.
 Inspection of Material Deliveries On-site. Reviews and examines materials delivered to the site for installation to verify their conformance to specification and submittals; performs and documents, using standard applicable testing procedures and forms, inspection of compliance and suitability of materials for installation and application; monitor concrete slump and soil compaction tests, paint mil thickness tests, NDT test and other tests, as required.
 Quality Control and Quality Assurance.
