• Complies with all safety policies, procedures, and established safe practices and ensures that all direct reports do the same.
• Assures quarry’s production levels are maintained safely to schedule.
• Develops mine planning and ensure it adherence through operations
• Coordinates and supports mine operations, interfacing with managers to obtain high performance results and promote best practices implementation.
• Supports technically procurement quarry strategies associated with corporate vendor resources and pricing.
• Ensures that mine is capable to provide sufficient raw material at appropriate quality for plant needs, including proper raw material mixes, cost, and blending strategies.
• Studies land contours and rock formations and specify locations for use of equipment for cutting, drilling, blasting and loading materials.
• Keeps abreast of mining laws and safety regulations, and issues directives to workers to ensure adherence to applicable rules and regulations.
• Reviews and consolidates records such as material properties, water and air quality, safety reports, and production records.
• Inspects quarry to detect and resolve production, equipment maintenance, safety, atmospheric and personnel problems.
• Enhances public relations by ensuring community environmental stewardship.
• Supervise batching plant deliveries and materials needed for production.
• Provides leadership to quarry technical personnel by directing, coaching, supporting and delegating as the situation requires.
• Supervisory responsibilities include: interviewing, hiring, training technical personnel, planning, assigning and directing work; appraisal performance, rewarding and disciplining if necessary; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
• To establish a preventative, predictive and anticipative maintenance management programs to optimize availability of all plant equipment.
• To ensure the efficient utilization of all resources within the department.
• To ensure adherence and compliance with plant safety and environmental goals.
• To assist Plant Operator as required or directed.

Applying necessary technical skills and experience in operating and maintaining rock crusher and other related requirements.
Responsible for safety operation of plant equipment
Perform other duties as assigned
Monitors and adjust machine and conveyor to control the flow of materials.
Perform maintenance such as welding and mechanical works.
Clean, adjust and maintain equipment using specified hand tools as required.
Read work orders to determine production specifications and information
Reject defective products and the use of technical skills appropriate to eliminate problems
Inspections of machinery and reporting on signs of wear.
Examine materials, ingredients visually or with hands, in order to ensure conformance to established standards.
Dislodge and clear jammed materials or other item from machinery equipment.
Transfer materials to concrete bin to support the production of ball mill department
Making daily report for problems and maintenance
Perform pre-shift and safety inspection.
Adjust controls of equipment to obtain specified grades of product.
Presses buttons or flips switches on control panels to start conveyors, crushers and separating units.
Produce and dump materials into designated equipment units accurately and efficiently.
Lubricate service and maintain the machines.
Safely perform medium work by occasionally lifting, carrying, pushing, and or pulling.
Perform preventive and scheduled maintenance on the assigned machines.
Perform routine maintenance on equipment such as lubricating, belt splicing, cleaning etc.
Operate side boom sky tractor for lifting materials.
Shovel spillage clear of moving equipment parts and work area.
Monitor the condition of loads so they arrive to costumer expectations and specifications.
Maintain housekeeping standard in assigned areas.
Replace or assist other workers as needs.
Meet the supervisors standards and performance.

Set- up and maintains in operating adjustment machines and equipment such as hand tools machine and others.
Receives instructions from supervisor regarding for the erection of the plant and to ensure safety.
Makes trial run to ensure proper setting and informs operator regarding production requirements and machine operation.
Inspect the sequence of batching to locate malfunction in machine operation.
Operates controls to transfer materials to gravity feed tanks
Deliver ready mix to various job sites
Weigh up materials according to proper mix design for batches of concrete
Determines composition and quantities of concrete
Operates crusher to stock materials for producing concrete
Give instructions to the plant laborers to clean the plant before and after plant operation.
Weighs quantities of cement, sand gravel, other additives and water using manual scales or console controls
Check position and rotation of concrete truck agitators, signals drivers to increase rotation speed and varies discharge of materials to achieve even mixing
Preparing the daily production and material inventory reports.

Injection and Blow Molding Operator
Set up and operates injection molding machines to cast products from thermoplastic materials.
Install dies on machine according to work order specification, using clamps, bolts, and hand tools.
Set machine controls, regulating molding temperature, volume of plastic, molding pressure and time, according to knowledge of plastic and molding procedures.
Dumps and premixed plastic powder or pellets into hopper and starts machine.
Removes finished products form dies using hand tools.
Trims excess material from part using knife.

Tends machine that molds thermoplastic sheets into plastic products.
Place sheet on the top of mold, positions sealing frame around sheet, and fastens frame to rim of mold, using clamps.

Diagnose and complete repairs on all company equipment
Confer with shop foreman regarding all repairs and the extent of repairs necessary order materials parts required to complete repairs.
Ensure repairs in a budget requirements.
Use computer to input all time sheets, materials, equipment information for purchase orders.
Perform work in either shop or outdoor construction site setting.
Act in a courteous manner in order to project a positive company image.
Assist with other duties as required from time to time.
Concrete Batching Plant Operator / Heavy Equipment Driver Operator

This position is involved with the operation of Manual Batching Plant when concrete is needed for pouring on repairing some damage gutters, manholes, and others.
By also assigned as a Heavy Duty Driver of any kind of heavy vehicle such as: Dump Truck, Lift Truck, Pay Loader, Vacuum Gusler, Water Truck, Side boom tractor, Forklift etc. and up to 6 to 10 wheeler trucks.
Responsible for routine checking of the plant and equipment properly to avoid some accident that might happen and to implement safety first.
