•Activities Which I Have Performed During My Course of Experience:
•I have performed the responsibilities of responding at all Major emergencies, documentation of all emergencies and debriefing of the staff after each incident.
•I have also performed the responsibilities of ensuring attendance of staff and maintain proper attendance record and ensuring of physical fitness, appearance and behavior of the staff.
•I have also performed the responsibilities of the cleanliness, tidiness and maintenance of Emergency vehicles and the Rescue Station.
•I have also performed the responsibilities of monitoring of at least two shifts and also ensuring of daily patient shifting, fire and rescue drills etc by the staff of each shift.
•I have ensured all arrangements of necessary store for the rescue station and Vehicles at Rescue1122 Station.
• I have delivered several lectures in community safety programs.
•Managing and solving all conflicts and problems suffered by staff at a rescue station.
•Managing and providing all Resources to save Human Lives (victims) during any nature of Emergencies.
•I have performed the role of event coordinator in Providing Medical Coverage and protocol in special cases like Moharram-ul-Harram, International Games or Races, Elections, Foreign visitor’s ceremony, Eids, and in sudden emergency situations.
•Based my above experience I am fully conversant and have good knowledge of Managing activities as an operational and administrative Manager.
