• Maintenance of the production processes to ensure the quality of products is improved.
• Evaluation and optimisation of existing machinery, equipment and production systems, which include Heiza boilers, pumps, 3-way valves, isolators, control valves, pneumatic valves, fans, fryers, storage tanks, pipelines.
• Design of P&ID for new as well as improved production processes.
• Liaising with specialist companies to carry out technical works on site.
• Implementing safe control measures on the machinery in the plant after risk assessment have been carried out.
Site Audit and TSS for various network operator telecommunication sites. Drive Test using ERICSSON TEMS INVESTIGATION SOFTWARE (9.1 - 14) for network cluster, benchmarking (Data and Voice), single site verification, ping test and customer complain. Implementation of optimization recommendation such as fine tuning of radio parameters, cell engineering parameters, antenna azimuth, swap sectors, antenna electrical and mechanical up and down tilts, neighbor list, handover parameters, and interference (GSM/WCDMA Optimization).
Carrying out of preventive and breakdown maintenance of generators, plumbing works, air conditioners, tractor and other heavy duty vehicles.
I was appointed to design, develop and implement strategic plans of bringing MAC Valves Inc. closer to sub-Sahara Africa automated machinery. To assist the production companies with technical advice on appropriate pneumatic solenoid valves solution for their machinery and suggest MAC Valves.
I was saddled with the responsibility of providing clients with locations of their vehicles when they request. I also received complaints from clients and provided them with technical solutions. I did set up new tracking units with appropriate codes in order for the units to populate their locations and all other relevant reports to the tracking platforms. Diagnosing and repairing of faulty tracking units. I liaised with the company’s installers during the installation process to ensure that the devices are functioning properly (via online report and SMS report). In addition, I inputted data into the database. Assist vehicle retrieval team with precise coordinates in cases of thefts of clients’ vehicles. I gave sales personnel technical advices.
Assist in fabrications of various design projects at the workshop with the use of different tools/equipment and machines. Also, assist in mould making and casting operations as well as material testing in the foundry workshop. Also, assist in automobile maintenance in the automobile workshop as well as assist in various machine operations in the machine workshop and drafting.
Assist in machining operations such as taper turning, knurling, boring, grinding, drilling, parting, facing, threading, milling, gear cutting, impeller cutting, keyway making, and straight turning. These various operations were carried out with the lathe machine and the universal milling machine. Assist in performing of cutting operation and grinding with power hacksaw and CNC grinding machine respectively.
Fabrication of frames for billboards with the use of electric arc welding machine, angle grinder, manual bending machine, rolling machine and other tools
