1.Basic Function and Scope:
• To supervise, coordinate and plan the maintenance activities of Shah Plant asset and liaison with Other Divisions/departments/Sections to ensure the integrity operational safety, reliability and availability. Evaluate and coordinate to arrange the resources required for maintenance activities mainly in SAP System.
• To monitor the verification of work orders received in SAP (CMMS) from different areas and ensure that these are scheduled according to the priorities and resources availability, and ensure the timely update of work orders status, entry of the actual man hours worked and failure report in SAP in coordination with Planning Engineers and Section heads to comply with Al Hosn gas Maintenance Business Process.
• Part of SAP Implementation team for Plant Maintenance involving in the design, workflow, master data, interfaces and etc.
• Provides support services on system integration and administration to enhance the utilization and performance of the SAP System related to Operation & Maintenance.
• Assists the Operations and Maintenance teams in reviewing the business processes and develops and implements projects to expand and/or enhance the SAP System.

2.Task, Duties and Accountabilities:
• Provide support to current users in operating the SAP System related to Operations and Maintenance to achieve maximum benefits' realization. Includes providing ongoing advice to users and key process owners, responding to their requests for problem resolution, system training and improvements.
• Assist users with the day to day use of SAP, developing and tuning the system to produce reports.
• Ensure user documentation is prepared, that users are provided with training and that appropriate security codes and authorizations are in place in conjunction with the Security Coordinator.
• Initiate and lead workshop to address cross-functional issues and processes that need to be resolved.
• Carry out an ongoing audit of SAP, ensuring that the system is producing at the levels anticipated, identifying any user problems for resolution and providing with a periodic report on each application.
• Monitor ongoing usage of SAP, identifying issues/opportunities for continuous system improvement.
• Key Leader for upgrades, enhancements and introduction of new functionality to meet new/enhanced business needs. Includes working with users, key process owners, Steering Committee and hosted system support team.
• Assist the business in reviewing business processes and determines which SAP functionality should be implemented to streamline the process and achieve maximum benefits.
• Partner with IT Division in all areas of SAP platforms and Infrastructure development and maintenance

• To ensure implementation of four weekly rolling plan and follow up to achieve related KPI targets in co-ordination with all maintenance Planning Engineer and planner.
• To participate in developing alternative ideas to improve the existing maintenance Planning procedures and services, and provide inputs and suggestions for the continuous improvement of current practices taking into account’ best practice’ international standards.

SAP PM Data Lead
Purpose:  The Data Lead is responsible for coordinating all data cleanup, transformation and conversion activities in Plant Maintenance.
Ensure consistency in approach and proper control in the data cleanup & conversion activities, as well as its timely completion for data uploading/downloading to/from
Asset Hub and SAP for system go-live
Accountabilities: Determine and agree with data owners & focal points on the scope and data cleanup requirements
Provide data cleanup and conversion strategy for Asset Hierarchy that requires to be migrated from legacy systems into Asset Hub and SAP
Assist data owners/focal points to develop/implement control procedures to maintain the quality of new data created in the legacy systems, while data cleansing is in progress, until such time that the data is ready for uploading into SAP
Make sure the Asset Hierarchy is following the standard Engineering Data Classification Code (EDCC)

Purpose:  The Data Manager is responsible for coordinating all data cleanup, transformation and conversion activities across the various functional areas
Responsible for setting up Asset Hierarchy for Plant so maintenance can be carry out smoothly, this include setting up in SAP, IDMS (Inspection), INtools (Instrument), RBI (Risk Based), AIM (Asset Information Management) and Primavera.

Accountabilities: Determine and agree with data owners & focal points on the scope and data cleanup requirements
 In conjunction with data owners & focal points, develop a detailed plan on all data clean up and conversion activities, in particular taking into consideration the timing dependencies between the various data entities
Assist data owners/focal points to develop/implement control procedures to maintain the quality of new data created in the legacy systems, while data cleansing is in progress, until such time that the data is ready for uploading into SAP
 Develop Standard Tagging Manual for the company so Asset Hierarchy is set up accordingly
 Closely monitor the Data cleanup scorecard for each functional area
Ensure all data conversion programs and tools required are developed and properly tested for use
 Ensure all the data objects is in place by the given time of Trial Loading, Trial Conversion,

Work Scope:  SAP 2nd Level support for EP (Exploration) users for Global Shell World
 Working in Rota to support 14 locations of EP Blueprint all around the world
 Focuses on Plant Maintenance module for EPBP (EP Blueprint)
 SAP configuration plus enhancement and also troubleshooting on any issue raised by users
 The prime purpose of the SAP Support role is to support OUs that are live
with EP Blueprint solution, in optimally using the system. This will be
done through the provision of SAP expertise and business experience and
through regular monitoring activities to identify areas of best practice
and weaknesses.
 Accept problems handed over from OUs SAP Assist (first line support).
 Manage and track problem calls in Service Center and track resolution.
 Provide configuration changes & testing as required within assigned processes
and modules. This includes the application of OSS notes (if required).
 Provide impact analysis and estimates for proposed changes to the configuration.
 Test and document changes.
 Liaise with SAP Basis Analyst on transport and corrections process.
