Duties as Performance Reporting Analyst:
Main contact point for all Supply Chain analysis with the purpose of driving efficiency, quality & savings generation.

Key Projects:
• Successful implementation of Spend Segmentation (Spend Tree)

Spend Analysis:
1. Carry out reliable, quick and smart analysis on various aspect on the spending made to enable value addition to the decision making process
2. Own, monitor and track all the spending made to ensure Supply Chain department budget are in line with the yearly targets
3. Identify the core problem and can translate this to practical solutions.

Coordination with Stakeholders:
4. Assisting the 8 department Supply Chain (Raw Materials, MRO, Maintenance & Operation, Corporate Service, Shipping & Logistics, Warehouse, Dispatch & Performance team)
5. Works closely with Category Managers and Section Heads in profiling categories through reviewing spend & transactions, summarizing initiatives and producing insightful procurements reports and analysis
6. Analyse variances in targets and report to each Manager and Section Heads across all departments along with the RCA (root cause analysis) and provide suggestion for improvement

Process Optimization:
7. Assist Performance Excellence Manager in process optimization
8. Identify problem, suggest solution, implement and follow continuously (PDCA)
9. Provide a KPI Dashboard to monitor and to ensure that the most efficient process and procedure are followed to reduce generation time and maximize automation of Supply Chain process
10. Help to stablish procurement strategies for strategic categories
11. Participate in MRO Contract Management Design and implementation (in order to have a proper databases, reporting savings, tracking down spend of the contract, contract coverage, vendor performance and other related performance indicator in the contracts)

4. Updating material stock parameters up to date (like ROP, Max Stock, Lead Time and MRP type of each item).
5. Participate in shutdown maintenance meeting to discuss any related issue to make the smooth flow of stock/inventory to support schedule shutdown and prepare the system by adjusting the stock parameters and coordinates the plans to purchasing, warehouse and shipping team for the upcoming schedule shutdown plans.

2. Ensure a lean inventory and avoiding stock out
3. Analyzed the forecast gathered from a various regional Sales and Marketing personnel and derive monthly, quarterly forecast for all the items
4. Keeping an eye on the procurement and ensuring that the goods arrived on time
5. Maintain a routine and effective root cause analysis to understand the causes of Out of Stock, Late deliveries and implement real-time changes to avoid the same
6. Controlling the air/sea mixed shipments

1. Purchasing more than 65K SKU’s
2. Release on time orders and ensure that orders are in line with the target stock
3. Purchasing with more than 25 suppliers from Europe, America and Asia
