• Driving luxury vehicles to the VIP person and assisting to load and unload things.
• Providing personal assistance to the employer handling daily schedules, medical appointments, and travel arrangements.
• Arranging laptop, portable chargers, and other work-related things in the car before leaving the residency.
• Providing transportation to the VIP guests.
• Greet and welcome guests to the Private Majlis and providing welcome
drinks.
• Supervising all drivers and household staffs, ensuring seamless operation
of the property.
• Supervising all vehicles, maintaining records of services, renewing vehicle
permit, insurance, etc.
• Ordering household stuffs and keeping inventory.
• Reporting and submitting all invoices to private office weekly
• Regular follow up with customer for pending payments through email, calls and visits.
• Sending updated statements of accounts regularly to customers to inform their dues.
• Visiting to customers places to collect the cheques and cashes.
• Issuing the company receipts for each payment and keeping a record.
• Maintaining a complete data base of customer contact details.
• Co ordinating between financial department and customer to solve any
disputed.
• Resolving the statement of account balances with customers by
systematically reconciling the invoices and payments.
