1. Planning work prior by ensuring the availability of all required items such as materials or labors
2. Managing communications between all parties involved in the on-site development of the project.
3. Verifing that electrical materials and protection requirements as per contract and standard.
4. Monitoring the work closely to ensure that progress is going as per the plan.
5. Ensuring compliance with project specifications.
6. Managing any delays or problems encountered on-site during a construction project.
7. Keeping within the timescale and budget of a project.
8. Managing quality control, health, and safety.
9. Identifying and implementing corrective actions in collaboration with project management.
10. Facilitating construction activities between site engineers, subcontractors, and stores Supervision and manage the overall activities in the field.
13. Establishing the milestones required to ensure successful progression and completion and communicate those clearly to the Contractor Site team.
14. Coordinating installation drawings, participate with commissioning and handover, including defects identification, snagging and closure.
15. Being pro-active in coordination with Contractor and Subcontractors on managing the Site Works.
16. Taking ownership of electrical issues.
17. Promoting Near Miss, Positive Intervention and Non Conformance reporting.
1. Developing cost estimates for both material and labor.
2. Working closely with both planners and utility providers to determine when project milestones need to be completed to avoid delays and maintain profitability.
3. Directly overseeing and managing teams of electrical contractors and subcontractors.
4. Preparing and assigning resources such as manpower, materials, consumables, equipment, tools, etc., required for all electrical and related works prior to execution.
5. Interprets construction drawings and studies the contract documents and applicable standards or specifications prior to execution of any jobs.

1. Testing of HV, MV, LV of Components of protection panels, local control cabinet (LCC) panels & GIS (Ex.: CT, VT, CB, DS&ES, Busbar, …. Etc.)
2. Commissioning of HV, MV, LV of Protection, Switchgear (GIS&AIS), and Local Control Cabinet (LCC) panels as the Following:
a. Redesign the Scheme to match the required modifications, apply the new design in the panels, and test the new design.
b. Work on Different Scheme (Ex.: TCS, CBF, PD, Feeder, SGT, GT……Etc.)
c. Energize the dead Feeder or Substation and apply the required procedure and precautions.
3. Work on the Remote End feeders (Changing the existing feeder or New Feeders) for the voltage levels with all activates.
4. Configure and Testing (Acceptance Test and Final Test) the Advanced Relay (Ex.: ABB, Siemens, Micom, SEL, GE, ZIV)
5. Use Variant Device with the device software for testing and commissioning the S/S (Ex.: FREJA, CT Analyzer, CPC, SVERKER, ODEN, and B10E…….Etc.)
• Organize and supervise the activities and work of a team.
• Implement approved departmental policies, processes, procedures and instructions.
• Supervision of achieving the production plan.
• Monitoring and assuring the product quality.
• Assuring the supply and availability of the row materials needed for the shift and to safe the next shift as well.
• Resolve the daily troubleshooting which might come over the day.
• Monitor the adherence to all relevant safety and environmental management procedures and controls to guarantee employee safety.
• Prepare reports timely and accurately.
