.Quality Assurance (Content, Cross browser, Flash animation, CSS &
XHTML)
• Ensure the instructional integrity of course development projects
through systematic design and clear writing of scripts, narratives, and
storyboards.
• Assist in assessing the instructional effectiveness of course materials
that are produced.
• Provide methods for learning needs analysis to ensure appropriateness
of online instructional materials.
• Provide consultation in the application of instructional design and the
use of instructional technology tools in the delivery of instruction.
• Plan, develop and teach development workshops and other activities
in areas of instructional design and in the use of specific instructional
technology tools.
• Provide periodic reports on course development projects.
• Provides curriculum design, development and launch support for all
electronically delivered classes in the department of education in
order to meet course deadlines.
• Develops templates and handbooks to assist in developing curriculum
for web-based delivery.
• Converts hard copy instructional materials (Word, PowerPoint, images,
video, audio, etc.) to effective electronic format appropriate to
enhance learning.
• Identifies and applies new resources to support on-line course
development.
• Maintains current knowledge of web based teaching technology to
enhance the online learning processes and makes recommendations
for purchase, enhancement of current technology.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
Team Leader of Mobile Content and e-learning Departments
Responsible for the e-learning content.
Generating new ideas for the VAS ( Value Added Service)
Making service selection decisions based on the reviews with Business Development and Finance.
Final-editing of all accepted service and requesting final approval on content (if needed).
Overseeing the work of Editorial Dept.
Checking that Editors have provided all the required content on system.
Setting and enforcing deadlines
Selecting, appointing and dismissing Editorial staff in association with HR manager.
Handle customers requests and complaints regarding the content.
Reporting errors occur with content or publishing systems to the technical and marketing department and follow it up until it being fixed.
Help technical department in testing applications and programs related to the content.
Assisting other staff members as needed.
Arrange for brain storming sessions with the content team in order to find new ideas for content.
Evaluate the work of content department's team.
• Manage course development projects.
• Design and develop quality e-learning courseware for industry wide e-learning system.
• Load, test and troubleshoot and provide technical support for e-learning courseware on the host LMS
• Works closely with subject matter experts, development team, to leverage core content and build effective learning programs.
• Experience creating, editing, synchronizing and/or recording both audio and video for elearning courses.
• Responsible for costing, estimating and planning projects.
• Preparing Project Initiation documentation.
• Base, use of internal and external resources.
• Identifying, costing and processing any contract variations.
• Tracking activities against the detailed project plans.
• Updating project plans to include agreed changes.
• Managed the project team including any subcontractors.
• Reviewed and approved all project documentation.
• Resolved any problems and issues.
