Managed multiple on-going projects of various complexities, which required strong follow up, consistent communication with all stakeholders for successful completion
• Planned and Implemented 4G5/4G6 STC-LTE Projects that was completed on time and within budget
• Identified roadblocks, developing solutions for timely implementation and escalating issues as needed
• Communicated effectively with client and internal team and Contractors regarding project status, presenting effective reports (oral and written) to all levels
• Built dynamic relationships with both customer and Contractors, fostering smooth and fluid implementations
• Managed 3 Major Projects (some still Ongoing) that generates over 200 Million Saudi Riyals in revenue
• Led multi-module implementations and provided accountability and quality experience to client and team for overall project
• Established and maintained relationships with Implementation, Optimization and Contractors to collaborate on client and project goals, issues and resolutions and provide a One Ericsson client experience.
OSP, ISP & FTTH Projects
• Responsible for planning, scheduling, conducting and coordinating the technical and documentation requirements of projects.
• Participate in customer/contractor meetings and resolve customer/engineering and management project issues.
• Ensure effective engineering and customer communications.
• Plan project activities and efficiently organize site facilities in order to meet agreed deadlines.
• Perform daily monitoring of site labor force, work of site team and Generate periodic reports on the progress of projects
• Coordinate materials and supplies required with OSP and FTTH materials suppliers.
• Pricing Negotiation while ensuring the continuity and enhancements of services.
• Oversee the implementation of standard occupational, health and safety procedures across the site labor force.
• Assist in completion of PATs and FACs, etc.
Zain National Connectivity (OSP, ISP) Project
• Manage & supervise the design of the new shelter installation including Civil, Power & Telecom related work.
• Manage & deploy site supervisors to inspect the OSP work related activities like trenching, back filling, installation of HDPE, cable pulling, splicing.
• Manage & Coordinate with Zain regarding weekly review meetings of the complete OSP PIP.
• Ensure that project is running as per agreed plan and on target.
• Provide project management oversight in parallel with technical support for the telecom field crews.
• Coordinate with the relevant authorities in order to get the required approvals and permits.
STC: Hajj project (New/Relocation) sites, D9 project, C10 project & MW dismantling/ re-routing project.
• Manage all aspects of the telecom project, project plan, project schedule, cost, records, inventory, process adherence, compliance and deliverables.
• Manage the required activities including, but not limited to the following:-
Site Survey & BOM required.
Implementation engineering documentation.
Integration engineering documentation.
PAT documentation.
• Coordinate with the DCC for the preparation &submission of MOP (Method of procedure)
• Manage materials delivery & suppliers pricing negotiation.
• Manage installation and integration resources and ensure the implementation quality is within standards.
• Attend internal/external progress meetings with the required updates and ensure that all disciplines directly involved in the project are in line with the Project goals and objectives.
• Maintain a good working relationship with the Customers representatives and all disciplines involved in the project.
STC: Siemens swap closeout, D7 project &D8 project.
• Coordinate with multiple regional teams to update the Master Project Plan.
• Support the Project Manager during project tracking; scribe and send updates to the team.
• Manage the related tasks of material delivery, implementation, integration, PAT, Oil (outstanding item list) clearance, FAT…. etc
• Ensure the implementation progress is running as per agreed schedule.
• Successfully complete tasks with competing priorities.
• Support the creation of consistent stats and milestones in SharePoint.
STC: R&V Project, Siemens Swap Project, Huawei UMTS
Mobily: Phase 1
Work Assignments:
• Existing / New Sites Survey.
• Installation, Commissioning and Testing for BTS equipments 900MHz and 1800MHz (SIEMENSBTS2 40XL, BTS240XS), Using Local Maintenance Terminal- LMT- Siemens software (BTS, BSC).
• Installation Commissioning, and integration of Ericsson equipments 2G (RBS2206).
• Installation, commissioning, integration, testing and troubleshooting of Huawie STC 3G sites.
• Installation, Integration for MINI Link MW.
• Installation, Integration for HARRIS MW Using CIT Harris Microwave Software.
• Supervision of the Installation outdoor equipments (Antennas, Feeders, Jumpers).
• Sweep testing (VSWR, DTF) Using Site Master, (Agilant Technology...etc).
• Attend all Maintenance down Time “MDT” related tasks (Installation, Maintenance Module Intelligent & Not Intelligent, Commissioning, Integration, Optimization).
• Preliminary Acceptance Test Protocol - PAT - (Call test, drive test...etc), Using Test Mobile (TEMS - Ericsson SH888, R520m, T610).
• Preliminary Acceptance Test Protocol - PAT - Generators, Distribution boards, Batteries, Fire Alarm Systems, HVAC Systems including alarm testing.
• Assembly, power termination, alarm testing.
• Documentation preparation (Supervision for site folders) and Hand over to client.
