Responsible for leading business development from start-up and overseeing budget across all functions including
marketing, advertising, human resource, regulations, patient and physician management among others; Key
achievements include
- Quality Assurance: Established the Sterilization unit, and Implemented, monitored the infection control standards
according to CDC protocols “Center of Disease Control” and trained the involved health staff on these standards;
decision making of purchases of medical/dental equipment to provide highest efficiency in the provided health
services and review, and amend all purchase agreements from suppliers.
- Operations: Implemented process maps to assure smooth functioning for all medical/administrative departments to
achieve the SOPs; coordinate lab communications, supervises referral system, created medical records, and assure
privacy of the patients’ information, and organizes their retrieval, archiving using the numerical system.
- Information Technology: organize the patient flow and appointment scheduling through an integrated clinical
management software “Mediware” and monitor the clinic revenue per doctor per-department through the MIS
“Management information system”
- Human Resource: Recruitment process, setting up and implementing comprehensive performance appraisals,
conducted training sessions on clinical management, and supervises in job training process for doctors and nurses;
implemented the incentive system, through financial incentives “Employee of the month” and non-financial
incentives.
- Business Development: Activated the online marketing which brought more than 500 new patients to the clinic
within less than 6 months of launching the clinic, which doubled the clinic’s revenue. Added the facility into the
network of giant insurance companies networks “Daman, Thiqa, Neuron, Adnic” which attracted new patients to our
