I joined RPF for the second time when they started to move the blow molding and injection molding sections to another site when converted to the containers factory.
I supervise the reconditioning and rearranging of the buildings and putting the plans for the machine, equipments and electrical power, compressed air and cooling water circuits.......etc...
One of the team to move the machines and reinstall it on the new place of each and restart it safe and ASAP.
-support our sales team technically to minimize the cost to enable them to meets the customer needs and be competitive to others with keeping a reasonable profits for our self.
-determinate for each product which machine is the best for its quality and productivity.
-frame the monthly production plan days before the start of every month according to fixed p.os.
-issue the needed inquiries to the raw material stores and purchasing department to providing all material for the monthly production plane.
following up the plan daily to the best execute of it.
-analysis the performance of machines to evaluate its productivity as a machine and set the suitable order on it.
-evaluate the performances of all works every three months suggestion the needed training courses of all the working ream according to different jobs.
This was a smaller injection and blow molding factory comparing to others but it was a trial to start a a small business with partners and to apply my existing experience on it.
one of the largest factories in Egypt of supplying plastic container from 125mm up to 200 liters for different applications (vehicles oils, detergents, pharmacological food, etc.)
- we were dealing with, most famous companies (shell, caltex, esso, mistrpetroleum, reckitt benckiser, pharco pharma, Al-Rashidy almizan, and etc..)
-we were aims to produce the maximum quality products to meet the customers needs according to ISO standard. this was achieved good setting for a good setting for a good maintained mould on the right machine and keep the machine observed by the expert operators.
also follow up the product till reach to the customer warehouse.
Improve the quality of the products through reconditioning of machines accessories to get best finishing.
-Improve the products through adding new grades of material and adding the shrink wrap as a new product.
-start a quality inspection section to check the final products moving to quality control after few months to assure customer satisfaction also visiting the major customer periodically to get their feed back about our service.
-according to the sales men suggestion set the required new machines or accessories to existing machine to be able to produce these products.
supervise all the machine (blow molding, injection molding and silk screenprinting M\Cs) and checking the quality and productivity of each one and doing the needed action to keep all machines with the best running condition for both machine and product.
-making with technicians help the need quick machine maintenance when needed to keep the machines running.
-supervision the shipments of finished products during afternoon or night shifts according to the schedule
-during the last two years i was responsible of sitting the moulds on machines and set it to produce a product can meet the client requirement, approved from the Q.C with a production rate as usual. also doing the needed maintenance to molds and accessories to be ready for the next order
Working in planning office in a military factory to put the monthly production plan to meet the existing inquiries and send the suitable documents to different stores to get the required raw material .
