supervise the manufacturing of Local parts to meet the local percentage of governmental laws to enjoy the customs reduction
Determine the target prices for the local parts and negotiate with suppliers for the local parts pricing
Follow up development of the local parts, Test the initial samples for local parts, testing for trial batch
Work with stakeholders to clarify and finalize project application requirements, plan reviews, designs, specifications
Communicate with stakeholders the impact of market change and potential effects on supply. Recommend solutions without compromising quality or service while optimizing cost
Responsible for managing relationship and negotiating with key suppliers at a senior and strategic level
Negotiate contract terms with key suppliers to ensure value for money, quality standards and delivery terms with technical and operational input from stakeholders if appropriate
Develop, implement and maintain a supplier relationship and evaluation process to measure effective supplier performance and compliance

Provide leadership, coordination and coaching to the team, ensuring they are trained enabling them to achieve the operational and financial metrics within their areas of responsibility and succeed in their roles
Prepare Cost analysis for all manufacturing parts and share it with the key suppliers to review it and approved
Prepare the annual development plan and translate it to specific project and explain that to my team
I’m working as local procurement and local manufacturing head in MCV company for 17 years, I have experience dealing with all suppliers of raw materials and factories, studying new projects, doing price analysis, as well as methods for selecting suppliers, as well as working within a team and the ability to learn quickly, and I have sufficient experience to deal with all specialties, as well as the ability to work under pressure, I have interpersonal skills to deal with the conflict management technique

Process engineers are responsible for designing and improving industrial processes in order to maximize efficiency and productivity while minimizing waste and costs
Troubleshoot molding processes and material or equipment issues Communicate with clients and venders to obtain materials and/or equipment needed
Set injection molding process parameters to ensure the product meets dimensional and quality requirements.
Provide technical assistance to injection molding technicians and operators. Maintain employee
performance review, training, development, and disciplinary programs.
Provide leadership in the maintenance of all operational systems and process controls associated with mold processing, mold maintenance, equipment maintenance, and repair. (Documented mold set-ups, process intervention logs, product dimensional and visual evaluations supporting product requirements, product validations, etc.).
Use Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other techniques to analyze process data to determine capabilities as well as improvements
Additional items as needed to ensure smooth operation of the plant
Support process technicians through training in scientific molding practices
Support new tool design and development.
Assure compliance to all injection molding area-related procedures, policies, and work instructions.
Participate in and support the Quality Management System.
