-Activities:
• Textile Project:
Evaluation and assessment of a Al Shamy Ekhwan Textile factory of electrical power installations and power supply according to the National Egyptian code.
• Land Cultivation Projects:
Feasibility Studies for land cultivation project at Fayum of an Area of 11, 000 feddans, participating in the Design and financial evaluation of irrigation pumps and power stations using Diesel Generators and Solar Energy and making a comparison between both power generation techniques.
• Solar Energy:
1- Installation, operation and commissioning of Solar Heaters.
2- Design and material selection of Electrical Emergency systems.
3- Design of Solar on Grid and off Grid electrical Generation systems.
4- Feasibility Study of Solar Energy projects and IOR estimation.
• Oil and Gas Inspection Project proposal:
5- Participated in Project proposal for four Inspection and rehabitation projects in Iraq (Mechanical equipment and Piping, Valves, Electrical Equipment, Instrumentation) carried out by Saipem and Chiuda Companies.
6- Applying Project proposals including: (organization charts, risk assessments, methodologies, lists of personnel, Project study, test Equipment study).
- Maintenance on call basis contractor
worked as a contractor for maintenance works in the factory and performed the following tasks:
- - Pumps repair and overhauling
- - generator rental.
- - periodic Maintenance for Fire fighting, Fire Alarm, UPS systems, Electrical panels, and Boilers.
- Supply and install mechanical parts, valves, chemicals, ... etc .
- - Calibration of PGs, PRVs, TCVs . ....etc.
- - Hydrotest for steam coils
- - Safety scaffolding installation.
- - Steel fabrication work.
- - Civil work such as concrete, painting, plumbing.
- - cables laying and electrical panels installation
- - Fire alarm repairs.
- Fire fighting repairs.
- -Electrical panels repairs.
- - Supply and install electrical pumps
- - Piping and tanks repairs according to API standard.
Worked as QC inspector for Pipe fabrication workshop;
My role was to apply WPS (welding procedres to JOB), was responsible for supervision and quality control of about 25 welders
also worked with pipe fitters and my role was to ensure application of ISO Drawings on the pipe fabricated properly,
in addition worked on hydrotest for pipe pads,
finally worked in the document control office for QC report revision and approval.
- Activities:
• Solar Water Heaters:
1- Installation and commissioning on Solar Water heaters.
2- Periodic maintenance and trouble shooting of installed Solar water heaters.
3- Warehousing and material purchasing for solar water heaters installation.
• Polaris Solar Street light Project (6th October city/Cairo/Egypt):
1- Installation and commissioning of Solar street light poles in Polaris, and Polaris El Zamel sites at 6th October city which included 600 Solar street poles.
2- Testing and installation of Solar Emergency systems at the same site.
• Nano-Tech Design office:
1- Designing Solar Electric off Grid systems.
2- Feasibility studies for Solar street light poles compared to conventional electric street poles.
3- Engineering studies, Bill of quantities, and planning.
- July/2011 : I went for training in Segas site at New Damietta (EMC company) for a month I had training in electrical isolation, power generation, motor drives, electric protection, HSE, classic control and oil and gas industry background .
- July/2010: went for training in Dahsur gas plant (British petroleum-Gupco Company) for two weeks I worked in maintenance, instrumentation, MCCs and power generation.
