completing the project on time within the approved contract specicication and the budget and the recomendation of our management team ensure all the safty recommendation and comments is being accomplished
follow up with contract deparment regarding subcontractor and suppliers working order
follow up with cost controls and procurement deparment regarding procuriment of material
preparing the monthly payment certificate with the progress reports
foloow up preparing log sheet for material supplier subcontractor
follow up shop drawing &builder work metrial need to be submite by subcontractorand approval from consultant
monitoring the approval and rejection IR and the procedure of QA-QC
monitoring the record daily for site activities and manpower
work force distribution and the supervision of all the activities from the demarkation to the completion of the project
follow up with the planning engineer regarding the duration of the project and the critical task
Responsibilities & Duties
• Follow up I.R raised by the contractor and all check list attached with I.R
• Ensuring that all testing reports are verified to the contract specification and standard.
• Ensure health, safety's environment under the management of health and works.
• Monitoring project planning and schedules activities.
• Reviewing shop drawing submitted by the contractor with accordance to contract specification drawing.
• Reviewing as built drawing submitted by contractor.
• Dealing with variations and extension to time contractual claims.
• Ensure that all material and equipments used on the project meet the required specification.
• Monitory the submission of progress report daily -weekly-monthly.
• Follow up the (RFI) passed by the contractor.
• Reviewing method of statement as high light on the contract specification.
• Dealing with site problems and co-ordinate with services work.
