Performs detailed analysis of RFP/RFQ/RFI documents to assess requirements, suggest
project development winning strategies, develop compelling proposal narratives that
demonstrate our value proposition
* Responsible for writing technical portions of the proposal: Project Understanding, Scope
of Work, Services offered, Time Schedule, estimating Manning/ Staffing Schedule, Fees
Schedule and Financial Terms & Conditions/ Notes to the Client and identify any
clarifications or exceptions to the Customer’s inquiry.
* Responsible for conducting a quality review of the final proposal document and perform a
detailed compliance check against the RFP requirements.
* Developed and implemented new marketing and sales plans and defined the strategy for
the Next two years.
* Identify new projects opportunities and target markets, and make initial customer
contact.
* Enhanced the company process and digitized all documentation in different department.
* Set up promotional activities in accordance with available inventory and staff resources.
* Leveraged expertise and training to develop effective business plans, achieve profitability
goals and grow business and client retention.
