Preparing Business Plans & Financial Planning, Cash flow analyses, Feasibility Studies, private placement memorandum, preparations companies for listing in stock market, gap analyses and Performance Evaluation
Follow up the projects of the company in field’s constrictions and trading in oil and gas filed, co ordinate with the enterer and exterior agents of the Company, reporting the market movements and suppliers activities of the agents' brands, monitoring the contractors schedule completion and payment periods, work with most prestigious international oil and gas contractors ( LG, Hyundai, Bechtel KNPC, KOC ..Etc) in huge petroleum and petrochemical projects (Gas distillation unit establishment project, for Kuwait national petroleum CO, Petrochemical plan, for E Kuwait CO.)
