2. Solve the problems that can interrupt the communication with the accounts and handling them to satisfy the accounts owners. for example ( bills problem, network complaint, etc ).
3. Taking action about new requests, deactivation and suspension requests, on other hand opening new accounts to the companies whose in need to open accounts. for example ( add new dials, MNP request “Mobile number portability” and opening new accounts )
4. Prepare and launch promotions and propositions that would increase revenue.
5. Follow with the customers and provide to them the new offers and devices that can helpful in their work.
