Accountabilities:
• Managing the credit management function and overseeing the credit control function.
• Leading and motivating the credit team in order to achieve sales, profit & collections targets.
• Overseeing the effective collection of company debt.
• Monthly reporting of KPI Key Performance Indicators for the department.
• Leading and motivating the credit control team in order to achieve accuracy.
• Managing relationships with the clients in order to reduce exposure to potential bad debt.

Business Development Duties:
• Setting up a credit & collection system with IT department.
• Adding new inquiry & investigation tools through Banks, & "I-Score companies".
• Developing credit scoring modules.
• Preparing & coaching department staff.
Granting credit sales to new customers upon studying their files and type of activity, evaluated market risks concerning their activities, in order to determine the final agreement for down payments number of installments, annual interest rate, credit limit and collaterals.
Increasing credit limit for existing customers up on their truck record and restudying customer file.
Assessing financial risks of assigned customers for all branches through risk categories model.
Mitigating and shrinking credit risks to the lowest levels through studying credit cases for existing and new customers.
Organized the inquiry process, making sure that all information, procedures, data and documents set right in framed time.
Assessing credit limit for the new and existing customers.
Revising the month-end, quarter and annual reports for inquiry section, controlling section and credit sales section & report it.
Revising the financial agreements, making sure it match to credit policy.
Revised monthly, quarterly, and annually reports concerning the actual credit (Sales / Cost / Profit) and compare it to plan.
Orienting exceptions memorandum to the high management according to given authority.
Prepared the annual plan for credit sales, profit and cost on SAP system
Revised credit cost centers on SAP system on monthly basis, making sure that there are no deviations or exceeding the plan.
