-Following up all Construction and Electromechanical works: For a New Factory Project according to safety standards for site installations. and inspections, testing, commissioning and handing-over for Mechanical issues, including plumbing, heating systems, fire protection& HVAC systems. -Following up all Electromechanical works: * Operating and maintaining the HVAC system. * Operating and maintaining BMS system * Operating and maintaining Compressed air system. * Hot water system (Boilers, hot water pumps, and its net work). * Water treatment station (filters, softeners and its network).
Responsible for executing and erecting HVAC System. -Plan and schedule the work and efficiently organize the site / facilities in order to meet an agreed program of deadlines. -Attend regular meetings with clients, architects and consultants and keeping them informed of progress. - Supervise and monitor the site labor force through General Foremen and Supervisors, monitoring the work of any subcontractors to complete the work as per customer's satisfaction. - Oversee quality control and safety matters on the site, and ensure that regulations are adhered to. - Supervise and ensure proper maintenance of materials and to advice on technology and modifications required for a simpler and cost saving mechanism. - Prepare necessary paperwork for the completion of work and get it authorized by the client after their inspection.
.Responsible for trailer, tipper and low bed production line
-Manage and follow up all the production procedures according to the production plans
and the required standards, to assure work flow at optimum cost without affecting the quality.
-Supervise and monitor the labor force through foremen and supervisors.
Responsible for buses production line.
Supervise and monitor the welding, sheeting and trim of bus production line.

Coordinator for electro-mechanical works with Orascom, Besix as main contractor
and Nile Aster Company as a subcontractor.
Position:Quality Control Engineer (from Sep. 1998 to Oct. 1999)
-Section head of Body, Trim and Test Shop of Hyundai Passenger Cars.
-Writing operating instruction and inspection sheets.
-Collection data from the production line to analyze and feed back the production line
with the repeated errors and how overcome these errors.
-Daily meeting with labors in each shop to discuss the problems that they have faced
and how we solve it.
-Writing reports including charts and curves every 15 days to indicate the quality level
in this period.
Position:Production Engineer (from Apr. 1994 to Aug. 1998)
-Supervisor of Trailer Shop.
-Responsible for production of trailers 3-axle & tippers 3 axle.
-Responsible for production of semi trailers 3 axle & 2 axle.
