• Check on units' sequence of operation and test the special sequence required
by the customer’s USA projects with very special requirements for software
• Select electrical and refrigeration circuits using Danfoss and Copeland software with an experience with variable frequency compressors, drivers, and VAV units
• Check designs, electrical drawings, selections, and other technical specifications
• Responsible for operating and monitoring HVAC systems, ensuring they function efficiently and meet temperature and air quality requirements, also Testing HVAC units to AHRI standards and commissioning units for the USA with very special options
• Conduct regular inspections, maintenance, and repairs of HVAC equipment, such as boilers, chillers, air handlers, pumps, and controls. This includes troubleshooting issues, identifying faults, and performing necessary adjustments or replacements.
• Analyze HVAC system performance, energy consumption, and efficiency to identify areas for improvement. propose and implement modifications, upgrades, or optimizations to enhance system performance and reduce energy usage.
• Ensure HVAC systems comply with codes, standards, and regulations. This includes verifying proper ventilation, refrigerant handling, and adherence to environmental and safety guidelines.
• Maintain records of equipment maintenance, inspections, and repairs, and generate reports on system performance, energy usage, and issues. These reports can be used to track trends, make informed decisions, and plan for future maintenance or upgrades.
• Work with a team of technicians or contractors to execute maintenance tasks or handle complex repairs. Collaboration with other departments, such as facility management or energy management.
