As a Patient access representative, I Gather the financial and demographic data needed to fill patient admission or registration and enter it into the electronic medical record system; Verify insurance coverage, inform the patient or patient representative of the financial requirements, and collect any unpaid patient portion before or at the time of service;Obtain signatures, check that the information is accurate, and, if necessary, scan papers into the electronic patient record; Answer calls about billing questions, cancelled appointments, and other relevant matters.
Inspire Pure Fitness, Health Club Receptionist
• Responsible for greeting visitors and clients in a warm and friendly manner.
• Schedule appointments of the new members with the gym instructor.
• Handle the tasks of assisting the trainer in preparing exercise charts for club members.
• Responsible for the reservation, payment, and tracking procedures of Gymnasium, pool & recreation facilities.
• Handle the tasks of posting incurred charges by Guests & Members into the (client connect, mind & body system, and Sentinel system) and accomplish accounting procedures.
• Responsible for promoting enthusiastically all classes, services that are offered in the health club.
• Attentive for all telephone calls that may respond politely for all the inquiries, concerns, or any specific questions that I may answer.
• Admin task assisting Human Resources, Accounts for any various type of files they needed for daily operations. Purchasing for our products from our suppliers.
• Graphic designs ads, Social Media posts, Announcement banners, Profile editing, and basic video editing.
I Edited video's for classes and post to Youtube and created pdf books for student's with clickable link directly to the Youtube channel.
I made some designs for Brochures, Edited pictures and removing backgrounds, Client forms, and Social media posts.
-Checking the updated events for the Daily operations.
-Capable of every daily briefing for the staff and assigning them to their working stations.
-Getting the information from the manager regarding the event details.
-Cooperate closely with colleagues to ensure that prompt service is given at all times.
