One of the world’s biggest liquefied natural gas (LNG) production units train7, 1&4Shut downs and
Project.3685 Installation of new line with isolation & Installation of bore scope facility on the super heater Project.
Provided HSE support to the pre-shutdown, shutdown and post shutdown activities from both a project and operations perspective.
-Providedfirst level support on issues regarding operational safety during all work related to shutdown and city jv project
-Ensure that all the necessary paperwork (permits, JHA’s etc) are completed and in place and to the appropriate standard prior to shutdown/start up.
-To address any field concerns related to shutdown and project scope from both an HSE and Process Safety perspective.
-Prepared and maintained records or reports relating to shutdown and CTJV project
-Perform audits during shutdown and cityjv project to verify compliance with permits and HSE Control Framework.
-Participate in incident investigations.
-Support follow-up of actions from incident investigations, audits or management reviews.
-Carry out daily safety walkabouts.
-Manage, coach and mentor local staff.
-Ensure HSE interfaces between shutdown/Project and Operations remain open and transparent.
Led Team of 5 people in vale palletizing company. Delivered 99% of Safety Tool box talks on every day. Created a safe working environment and project is on going without injury or any accident.
Monitor their workplaces frequently to identify unsafe or unhealthful conditions
Take prompt action to correct hazardous conditions
If a serious hazard is detected take immediate interim action to safeguard employees
Encourage employees to report unsafe or unhealthful conditions
Seek suggestions from employees for improvement of workplace conditions
Investigate all incident/accident, analyze the causes, and maintain the statistical records of all incidents/accidents.Conducting Risk Assessment & job Safety Analysis for critical works.
Act as the assembly point coordinator and group leader for periodic mock drill.Conducting regular safety audits at the work field, office and labs
