NADEC is a famous DAIRY and FMCG company of KSA which is located in Eastern province of Saudi Arabia having 32 Depots in all KSA and Gulf region. NADEC is providing more than 120 FG products of fresh and long life products such as milk, yogurt, juices and cheese. Moreover producing and supplying organic products of olive, dates, and vegetables in KSA and outside KSA as well. Listed in Saudi stock exchange and having more than 20 k employees. Job Responsibilities: ❖ Leading of 17 personals for Daily inbound and outbound Operations in a shift. ❖ Daily reconciliation and inventory count of FG Physical stock & ERP to keep accuracy of good stock. ❖ Arrange and conduct weekly and monthly warehouse inventory. ❖ Assist storekeeper and dispatch team for the availability, issuance, picking, allocations and dispatch of Released stock to make sure 100% compliance of FEFO. ❖ Preparation of write off reports for damaged, Quality Rejected stock. ❖ Manage all the Administrative issues within shift regarding Attendance, weekly off sick leave and overtime. ❖ Continuous communication with Production, QC and Freight team for all timely deliveries to all Depots and customers efficiently. ❖ Assist the team for proper Receiving, storage, cleaning, temperature, equipment handling, and Dispatching and HSE practices in the warehouse. ❖ Adjustments of central and customers claims for short/excess and damage products. ❖ Reporting to Logistic supervisor and manager.
Job Responsibilities: ❖ Manage all inbound and outbound operations specially raw material receiving and issuance to Packaging Factory ❖ Physically check all Material Dispatches and receiving to make sure 100% accuracy for Accurate Inventory., ❖ Monitor and lead all checkers, loaders and storekeepers for Inbound and outbound Operation ❖ Maintain and Record handling damages, production damages, QC hold stock & QC rejected stocks on daily basis to Maintain Monthly Write-off Report ❖ Tracking and checks with fright team for availability of reefers or containers. ❖ Handling all Administrative Issues in a shift and Reporting to Warehouse manager.
Special Technical Service LLC is a famous company In Sultanate of Oman as Technical service Provider. ❖ Presenting daily consumable updated status to the Site Manager, Planning Manager, Supply chain Manger, Production Manager, Finance Manager and Production Team leader. ❖ Material segregation and compilation of all Mechanical (Piping, Tanks, Structure), Civil, Electrical & Instrumentation, Cathodic Protection (CP) ❖ Maintain record of all Material, Consumables, Safety gears, Tools & Equipments and intimate to Material Controller prior to any deficiency. ❖ Periodically inspection of tools and other Safety related equipments & recommendation to management. ❖ Verify lifting equipments certificates working on the site per international safety standard ❖ Raise MSR (Material Site request) for any local purchase material ❖ Presenting daily consumable updated status to the Site Manager, Planning Manager, Central store and Head office ❖ Ensured all equipment and tools passed security tests and safety standards. ❖ Liaise with Central store on a monthly basis for Consumables, Safety gears and Camp construction/maintenance material ❖ Stacking & organization of Material in Store for easy-to-locate the items
