• To receive, store & inspect the new Materials/Tools from vendors as per the purchase order’s specifications & post in the SAP system by using transaction MIGO
• To store the Material/Tools as per the bin location/designated area
• To create the bin location in SAP system for the new arrival of Materials/Tools by SAP transaction MM02 & LT10
• To create Material Discrepancy Report(MDR) for the non accepted Materials/Tools
• To issue the Materials/Tools to End User/Customer on the current standing work order with the reservation & post in the SAP system by transaction MIGO/MB1A with movement 261
• To receive, the return Materials/Tools from the End User/Customer on the same withdrawal work order with the reservation & post in the SAP system by transaction MIGO/MB1A with movement 262
• To receive Tools Loss or Damage(TLD) report from End User for the defective tools & delete the stock from SAP system by transaction MB1B with the movement 551
• To re-order the Materials/Tools against damage ones & other Materials/Tools whose stocks getting low by using transaction MB52N in the SAP system
• To co-ordinate with the inspection dept. for the periodic Third Party inspection of all the lifting tools certification, color coding & updating batch management in SAP system by transaction MSC2N
• To co-ordinate with the Third Party, to calibrate measuring tools for certification, tagging & updating batch management in SAP system by transaction MSC2N
• Generating Monthly & Annual reports from the SAP system by using SAP queries SQ01 & forwarding to the Superintendent.
• To Maintain files for the Auditing & reference purposes
• To maintain housekeeping & Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required in the Warehouse/Tool Room.

To coordinate the supply of goods & logistics support for programmes including requistioning, receiving, storing, issuing & processing payment for goods as per policies & guidelines.
Responding to customer & management inqueries regarding services, inventory & shipment status.
Preparing daily, weekly & monthly reports by using software "Cognos Impromptu" & forwarding to Manager.
To negotiate best purchasing packages in terms of price, quality, service, delivery & payment terms with the suppliers.
Issue of Local Purchase Order to the suppliers for the required items.
